Job summary

Dow Industrial Solutions seeks a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA, overseeing a 13-person multidisciplinary team supporting product and application development across Cleaning Growth Platform and other DIS segments. You’ll lead innovation, safety, and portfolio execution while partnering with global teams to deliver new products and technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a multi-site R&D team across Collegeville and Midland.
Set priorities, allocate resources, manage performance, and foster engagement.
Ensure safe and compliant laboratory operations and EH&S adherence.
Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and technology platforms.
Lead cross-functional Front End Team translating strategy into research priorities.
Oversee project delivery against milestones with rigorous methods and documentation.
Champion invention and IP strategies including patent filings.
Partner with Product R&D, Process R&D, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
Engage customers, universities, and external partners to support growth opportunities.
Assess portfolio performance and align resources and goals.
Manage operating budgets, capital plans, and investments for growth.
