Job summary
Dow Industrial Solutions seeks a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA, to lead a 13 FTE multidisciplinary team supporting product and application development, prioritizing safety and innovation. The role oversees portfolio strategy, stage-gate progression, and cross-functional execution with growth across Cleaning, Pharma, Energy and Data Centers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions.
- Strong commitment to safe operations and responsible research practices.
- U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available.
Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-site R&D team, prioritize work, allocate resources, and foster engagement.
- Develop and manage the Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and tech platforms.
- Ensure safe, compliant laboratory operations and ESG standards.
- Translate strategy into research priorities and execution plans.
- Partner with product, process R&D, marketing, and external partners to advance research.
