Job summary

Dow Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior R&D Leader based in Collegeville, PA, overseeing a 13 FTE multi-site team across Collegeville and Midland. You will lead strategy, portfolio execution, and cross-functional collaboration to advance new products and technology platforms with a focus on safety and compliance.

You will partner with global R&D, commercial, and operations teams to drive growth, manage budgets, and develop talent while championing IP strategy and external partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related scientific or engineering discipline.
Minimum five years of relevant technical experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage complex technical work, and collaborate across functions.
US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-site R&D team and allocate resources.
Ensure safe and compliant laboratory operations.
Develop and manage Home Care Cleaning R&D portfolio and platforms.
Partner with Product R&D, TS&D, Process R&D, EI&G R&D, Commercial, Marketing, and other functions.
