Keysight Technologies SAles Spain SL. is looking for a highly motivated R&D Hardware Design Engineer to join their high speed signal integrity team in Calabasas, California. The role involves designing and validating high-speed serial interfaces and collaborating closely with various teams to meet specific performance requirements.

The ideal candidate must have a BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in circuit design and expertise in tools like ANSYS HFSS. The position offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of Electrical Engineering principles, Signal Integrity, RF/Microwave theory, and high frequency circuit design methodologies.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in hardware/circuit design, RF/microwave design, or high frequency modeling/optimization.
• Fluent in ANSYS HFSS and experienced with 3D-Layout and Polar Instruments.

Responsabilités

• Modeling & optimization of high-frequency RF and high-speed digital I/O interconnects.
• Close collaboration with system, hardware, board design, and test teams.
• Support and investigate next generation materials and stackups/process in PCB fabrication.
