Job summary

Apex Electronics Talent is seeking a Signal Integrity Field Applications Engineer / Marketing Manager for our San Jose, CA office. You will support regional and global sales, engineering, and marketing initiatives with your expertise in high-speed signaling and signal integrity.

Responsibilities include engaging with customers, refining designs with engineering, leading R&D, presenting at events, documenting tests, and training sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in consumer electronics, enterprise computing, or high-speed datacom.
• Proficiency with HFSS or equivalent 3D FEM solvers.
• Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 and related tools is beneficial.
• Experience with very high-speed signals up to 224 Gbps (448 Gbps a plus).
• Knowledge of Python or C# is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across the USA to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine designs for high-frequency and EMI needs.
• Lead R&D initiatives and contribute to industry standards.
• Represent the company at trade events and industry symposiums.
• Develop and maintain documentation including test reports and papers.
• Provide training and technical support to sales teams.
• Coordinate with product partners to explore new technologies.
