• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• Ability to obtain an active Secret clearance and DHS Suitability.
• Ability to perform duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Spend Plans and reconcile financial reports with spend plans.
• Track commitments, obligations, expenditures using FFMS.
• Build and maintain a budget dashboard.
• Analyze financial data and prepare complex financial reports and briefings.
• Allocate and track funding across subdivisions and program codes.
• Reconcile plan funding with actual expenditures.
• Familiar with federal travel and government purchase card policies.
