BD is seeking an experienced R&D Senior Engineer to join the Specimen Management team in the USA (NJ/Franklin Lakes). The role emphasizes design control, DOE, and statistical analysis to drive product development and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in design control processes and DOE.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in SolidWorks or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development activities for BD Specimen Management.
• Plan, execute and analyze DOE studies.
• Develop bench tests, fixtures and measurement systems.
• Provide transfer functions and data-driven insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
