Job summary

Advantage Technical is seeking a Senior R&D Supply Chain Coordinator to join our onsite team in San Diego, CA. You will manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, expense tracking, and align with Procurement, Finance, and research groups to support critical supply needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply requests, purchase orders, software, and service purchases.
• Monitor delivery timelines, resolve routine issues, and communicate supply risks.
• Partner with laboratory and site teams to anticipate future supply needs.
• Coordinate supplier availability, delivery, and service inquiries.
• Partner with Procurement on sourcing, approvals, and supplier concerns.
• Track spending and reconcile invoice discrepancies with Finance.
• Maintain accurate purchasing, supplier, and expense documentation.
• Identify purchasing efficiencies and support process improvements.

Pay Rate: Up to $30.00/hour

Bring your purchasing and supply chain experience to an innovative R&D environment. We're hiring a Senior R&D Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchasing activities, supplier coordination, expense tracking, and critical supply needs while partnering with Procurement, Finance, and research teams.

Job Duties

• Coordinate supply requests, purchase orders, software, and service purchases.
