We’re currently seeking a Senior Quotes Specialist focused on lighting to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being a critical part of the sales process. You’ll work closely with our outside sales team to develop bid strategies, deliver accurate, timely, and competitive quotes, and help us win projects in the Philadelphia Metro market.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage lighting quotes for commercial, institutional, and residential projects.
• Coordinate bid strategy with outside sales teams.
• Develop and build strong relationships with industry partners such as electrical distributors and contractors.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams for pricing and details.
• Ensure accuracy and competitiveness in all quotes.

Qualifications

• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Existing strong relationships with electrical distributors and contractors.
• Familiarity with Oasis quoting software and CRM systems (HubSpot).
• Experience in lighting or construction quoting is a plus.
