Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a Quotes and Order Management Senior Specialist to validate service milestones, track progress, and trigger SEA billing and invoicing for projects.

You will work with HQ, Sales, Deployment, and Process Improvement to forecast, troubleshoot, and report results. The role coordinates order management activities, ensures adherence to SEA and customer requirements, and produces weekly/monthly status reports on milestones and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience with large data sets, analyzing numbers and trends.
• Ability to validate milestones and support billing/invoicing processes.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Validate services milestones to track progress and trigger billing.
• Coordinate order management activities with HQ, Sales, Deployment, and SCM.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports on milestones and revenue status.
• Develop/improve workflows and tools for service accounts and automation.
• Interface with Finance for revenue recognition and cost allocation.
