Zusammenfassung

Titan America’s Roanoke Cement team seeks a Quarry Supervisor to lead daily quarry operations, supervise crews, and ensure safety and production targets are met. This exempt role reports to the Quarry Superintendent and provides engineering and technical support to keep the cement plant running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory experience, US FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot certification, and proficiency with AutoCAD or Maptek Vulcan for mine planning, while MSHA regulations

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Virginia DMME Surface Foreman Certification or eligible within 6 months of hire.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification or able to obtain upon hire.
• CAD tools familiarity: AutoCAD or Maptek Vulcan for mine planning.
• Familiar with MSHA regulations to ensure safe mining operations.

Aufgaben

• Assist quarry manager with daily operations and supervise crew, ensuring safety.
• Oversee contractors for drilling, blasting, and stripping; review work and invoices.
• Develop mine plans to deliver quality raw materials meeting standards.
• Perform mine surveying and UAV aerial surveys; obtain FAA Part 107 certification.
• Track daily production and fleet utilization; coordinate major repairs and PMs.
• Create capital plans, manage approved projects and budgets.
• Ensure environmental permits and reporting compliance.
• Foster urgency and strong teamwork to achieve goals.
