Titan America is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Roanoke, VA to lead capital projects in cement and aggregates across Titan America's operations, including Roanoke Cement Company.

You will oversee feasibility, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup while partnering with Corporate Engineering, plant operations, and external firms to ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years managing capital projects in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience with MS Project and engineering software such as AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of BIM 360/Navisworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with cement manufacturing processes and vendors preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects independently.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead feasibility studies with capital cost estimates and schedules.
• Develop engineering concepts; coordinate with teams and consultants.
• Define scopes with procurement for equipment, construction, and installation.
• Evaluate vendor proposals on life cycle cost and reliability.
• Oversee permitting, construction, commissioning, and startup.
• Monitor project performance and report to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Travel ~25% for oversight and field execution.
