Keystone Cement Company is seeking a Cement & Aggregates Quarry Supervisor to manage daily site operations, report to the Quarry Manager, and ensure safe, efficient production. The role includes supervising staff, training, and maintaining equipment to meet targets.

This exempt position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance (MSHA), and cost-effective production while coordinating with contractors and vendors to keep the quarry running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in the mining industry.
• At least 5 years of front line supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of quarry operations (drilling, blasting, loading, hauling).
• Familiar with MSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Knowledge of cement and aggregates manufacturing a plus.
• Experience with heavy mobile equipment and maintenance tracking.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Oversee quarry operations including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling.
• Develop plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee inventory and ensure material supplies meet production demands.
• Monitor production schedules and timely delivery to cement plant.
• Supervise and train quarry staff and mobile mechanics.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage heavy quarry equipment maintenance and repairs.
