Job summary

PsiQuantum is seeking a Senior Electronics Systems Integration & Validation Engineer to lead the integration, verification, and deployment of complex electronic, embedded software, firmware, FPGA, and control systems for photonic quantum computing platforms.

You will develop integration strategies, test methodologies, and validation processes to ensure performance, reliability, and readiness across hardware and software interfaces. Strong collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating, verifying, validating, and troubleshooting complex electronic systems.
• Hands-on with embedded software, firmware, FPGA, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Experience with FAT/SAT, production bring‑up, and root‑cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software interfaces and system debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration, bring-up, verification, and validation of electronic subsystems for photonic quantum platforms.
• Define and execute system integration, verification, and test strategies with acceptance criteria.
• Develop and execute system-level test plans across hardware, firmware, software, and timing interfaces.
• Collaborate with Optical, Software, and Quantum Engineering teams to verify hardware and software interfaces.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
