A Leading Cost & Engineering Consultancy is looking for various Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their UK commercial team.
The main objective of the role is to deliver commercial and contract management services for an assigned regulated client.
You will:
Working for a leading UK cost consultancy, who was recently been acquired by a global technical consultancy.
Part of the UK business unit that has growth plans to double their Consultants on assignment in the next 2 years.
Managing high profile construction or infrastructure projects for one of UKs leading regulated organisations.
Strong job security with most contracts lasting on average 3-5 years, with some up to 10 years.
Supported by an Associate Director, with quarterly UK business unit and six monthly global company team events.
Providing commercial expertise for a number of regulated clients nationally, delivering a portfolio of nuclear and utilities projects and contracts.
You will be assigned to a client and embedded within their team, focusing on providing pre and post contract management of NEC contracts.
Each contract with a client lasts on average 3-5 years, however there is the option to move to other clients to aid career progression.
Our client is looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors looking for a career move. They are also keen to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors looking for career progression.
You will have a minimum of 10 years commercial experience across any infrastructure sector for any consultancy, client organisation, main contractor or subcontractor.
Must have experience of delivering NEC contracts, and in particular of managing early warnings, compensation events and defects for live projects.
Must have client facing experience with the ability to offer advice and guidance to senior stakeholders on complex commercial matters.
