Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with estimating, budgeting, cost control and valuation of construction and engineering works.
• Experience with contract administration, procurement, tender evaluation, variations, claims, and change management.
• Solid understanding of construction methods and technical documentation; able to interpret drawings and standards.
• Competence in project controls and commercial reporting; ability to prepare financial forecasts and risk registers.
• Proficiency with software tools (MS Excel, cost management systems, contract platforms) and strong numerical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to negotiate with stakeholders in multidisciplinary teams.
• Degree or professional QS/CM qualification; RICS membership is advantageous.
• Experience in energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors; knowledge of gas assets and related regulations is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of projects across gas mid-stream and downstream assets.
• Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts; support procurement processes.
