Job summary

Guardian Jobs is representing a client in a hybrid Senior Quantity Surveyor role. You will manage high-value manufacturing projects up to £6m and support the Managing QS with guidance to the team.

Qualifications

• Good strong experience as a quantity surveyor in construction or manufacturing.
• Hands-on QS work across complex projects.
• Excellent operational, commercial and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing higher value (up to £6m) and complex client requirements and manufacturing projects.
• Supporting a Managing QS with team guidance and development.
• Management and submission of contracts, applications and orders.
• Close control over pricing, costings and project deliverables and timescales.
• Occasional site and customer-facing project visits.
• Engaging with internal stakeholders across operational, manufacturing, sales, technical and commercial teams.
