Job summary

Caval Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing construction team. You will take commercial responsibility for projects from pre-construction through to final account, ensuring strong financial control and commercial performance.

This role requires proven QS experience in construction, strong contract and cost management knowledge, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management and commercial processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven with strong attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant QS qualification or significant industry experience.

Responsibilities
