Job summary

Leo Force is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a major construction project in South Wales. You will lead the commercial and financial control, managing procurement, tendering, contracts (NEC), variations and final accounts to keep the project on track and protect margins.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, senior-level experience on large (£100m+), civil/industrial projects, and strong NEC contract knowledge.
