Responsibilities

• Design and run quantitative studies: benchmarking, segmentation, driver analysis, prioritization.
• Apply statistical methods and clearly communicate data limitations.
• Contribute quantitative evidence to reports and planning inputs.
• Present data storytelling to product, UX, and R&D leadership.
• Help evolve metrics, sampling, and reporting cadences across teams.
• Integrate telemetry, survey data, and business signals into a unified view of experience health.
