Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, or product research and development—or a Master's degree with 11+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years.
• Experience coding with R or Python.
• Experience with survey design and response effects.
• Experience applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests.
• Interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research.
• Experience translating research findings into strategic narratives.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product and business teams to identify high-impact research topics.
• Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods.
• Manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous, fast-changing environments while aligning a large group of stakeholders.
• Communicate results and recommendations through clear presentations, reports, and data visualizations tailored to diverse audiences.
• Work independently and autonomously to generate insights that drive product decisions.
