Job summary

Trustpilot is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to own the quantitative research agenda and measure how people and businesses experience trust across our platform. You design and execute large-scale surveys, analyse log data, and apply AI-assisted techniques to sharpen insights for product decisions.

You’ll partner with Data Science, PMs, designers, and engineers to build rigorous measurement frameworks, mentor researchers, and drive data-driven decision making at scale in a fast-growing global

Qualifications

• 4+ years of UX research with a focus on quantitative methods.
• Strong survey methodology and statistical grounding.
• Experience with large behavioural datasets and modern analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the quantitative research roadmap for product areas.
• Lead large-scale surveys and log-data analytics to measure trust and behaviour.
• Build measurement frameworks and coach others in quantitative methods.
