Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s in a relevant field with related health research experience.
• Hands-on CMS/CMMI APM implementation and evaluation experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate model designs and policy goals into operational methods using claims, enrollment and program data.
• Design and conduct evaluations with quasi‑experimental methods to estimate impact on spending, utilization and quality.
• Collaborate with economists, data scientists and engineers to apply ML-based methods on the Commence platform.
• Lead development of methodology documents, evaluation reports and client briefings.
