M3 Global Research, part of M3 Inc., is seeking a Senior Quantitative Project Manager to lead international healthcare market research projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring they are on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams to manage sample, testing, quality checks and honorarium, while monitoring project profitability and collaborating with sales and operations to improve performance. Global coordination may require after-hours work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent would be preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with autonomous and team collaboration capability.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.

Aufgaben

• Manage international quantitative market research projects through full lifecycle and budget.
• Coordinate with teams to set up survey links, test redirects, sample delivery and honorarium management.
• Lead kickoff meetings to align stakeholders on specifications, timelines and responsibilities.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely deliverables and issue resolution.
• Monitor data collection quality and provide regular status updates and profitability insights.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to address issues and improve performance.
• Work with international teams outside US business hours as needed.
