You will manage client relationships, vendors, sample sources, and project budgets from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery and high data quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• At least 5+ years’ experience in market research project management, preferably healthcare.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with autonomous and team work ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage international quantitative market research projects through full lifecycle.
• Coordinate with teams to setup and test survey links, sample, and honoraria.
• Lead project kickoff meetings to align timelines, client needs, and responsibilities.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for timely deliverables and issue resolution.
• Monitor data collection quality and report progress; manage project profitability.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to improve performance on studies.
• Support international teams outside US business hours.
