Job summary

M3 Global Research, part of M3 Inc., hires a Senior Quantitative Project Manager in the United States. You will oversee international online market research projects in healthcare, sampling, and survey recruitment, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and on budget.

You will manage client and vendor relationships, ensure data quality, and monitor profitability while supporting teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5+ years' experience in market research project management, preferably medical/healthcare.
• Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; able to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet objectives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead international quantitative market research projects through full life cycle, including client and vendor management.
• Coordinate survey links, sampling, quality checks, respondent inquiries, and honoraria.
• Run project kickoff meetings and align timelines, responsibilities, and specifications.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and issue resolution.
• Monitor data collection quality and provide regular project updates and profitability tracking.
• Support international teams outside US business hours as needed.
