AmeriSave Mortgage seeks a Senior Quantitative Analyst to join the Enterprise Intelligence team. This fully remote role focuses on data-driven optimization of call center operations to maximize contact rates, conversion, and profitability.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analytics, preferably in a call center or contact center environment.
- Proficiency with advanced T-SQL, stored procedures, and data transformations; familiarity with PowerBI/Tableau.
- Strong analytical problem solving and ability to translate business problems into quantitative solutions.
- Business acumen to identify revenue and profit opportunities; excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and financial metrics to detect performance gaps and opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance across the mortgage lifecycle.
- Develop and optimize SQL-based analytics solutions and data workflows to support business monitoring.
