Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC, based in Plano, TX, seeks a Vice President of Quant Analytics to lead analytics strategy for Trust and Security initiatives within Connected Commerce. You will partner with product, data owners, and technology teams to design data programs that reduce fraud while maintaining customer satisfaction.

You will guide a team shaping data governance, KPI frameworks, and scalable analytics, delivering insights and storytelling to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Data & Analytics experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience in Digital/product analytics and understanding of digital metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support Commerce Enablement Trust and Security to improve fraud prevention and customer protection.
• Develop data strategy roadmap with Data Owners, Tech, and Product teams.
• Translate business priorities into actionable data initiatives.
• Create insights through data visualization and storytelling.
• Articulate vision and roadmap for data-driven decision-making with leadership.
• Promote data management and analytics best practices via training and mentoring.
• Monitor and optimize data processes and models for continuous improvement.
• Simplify diverse requirements and manage evolving project scope.
• Ensure presentation materials maintain consistent style and quality.
• Collaborate with managers, end users, developers to integrate discoveries into operations.
