Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate for the Digital Analytics team in New York. The role drives the analytics book of work to transform cross-channel strategies into a hyper-personalized, data-driven customer experience.

You will lead analytics planning, OKR development, A/B testing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver actionable insights for JPMorgan Chase’s 80+ million digital customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing customer experiences, digital products/usage.
• Proven track record of translating numbers into actionable business insights.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience querying big data platforms using SAS/SQL.
• Experience with Digital Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, math, stats, econometrics, engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Data storytelling: Analyze and visualize digital customer behaviors to craft narratives that drive insights and action.
• OKR management: Lead the creation, iteration, reporting, and causal analysis of OKRs to track and achieve strategic goals.
• Data-driven decision making: Foster data-informed decisions and experimentation by establishing strategic partnerships and clear communication.
• Opportunity identification: Develop OKRs and deep-dive analyses to uncover opportunities for improving CSAT, engagement, and depth of relationships.
• Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert in Digital data for the broader Data & Analytics organization.
