Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate to optimize Conversational Insights and coaching products. You will conduct end-to-end data analyses, transform complex data, and drive improvements across AWS and on-prem environments.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses and present actionable insights to leadership. The role requires strong SQL, Python, and visualization skills, with experience in ML, NLP, and causal inference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or STEM with analytics experience.
• Experience with data wrangling, visualization, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end data analysis to enhance model performance across AWS and on-prem environments.
• Transform datasets, automate reporting, and perform business driver analyses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate hypotheses and production data.
• Create and present clear, actionable insights to peers and leadership.
• Investigate data collection and model development issues across production phases.
• Develop SQL and Python codebases and document model outputs clearly.
• Support new product development as part of agile or scrum teams.
