Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with JPMorgan Chase, seeks a Quantitative Analytics Senior Associate for the Card Data & Analytics team. You will leverage data and analytics to accelerate growth, improve campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights for the Chase Card portfolio.

You will translate customer behavior into strategic recommendations, work across marketing, product, finance and risk, and present clear results to senior leaders using dashboards and modern visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field with 3+ years of experience or a relevant advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Strong ability to explain complex math concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering analytics and insights to management levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Apply advanced analytical and data mining techniques.
• Communicate results clearly to senior leadership.
