Job summary

Chase is seeking a senior analytics leader to design and implement innovative analytics and automation solutions addressing key business questions and enabling self-service for business users.

You will lead data science initiatives, deploy ML and automation across regulatory operations, and develop insights to improve budget usage and efficiency. Up to 15% travel to Chase offices is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, CS, Data Science or related field plus 5 years of analytics experience.
• Three years of experience with risk analytics, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and related financial services processes.
• Experience building ML models using Python for pattern detection in large datasets and applying various modelling techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, ETL processes and data warehouse management.
• Experience creating KPI frameworks and end-to-end Tableau dashboards on Tableau Server.
• Experience with SAS, Alteryx workflows, Excel and VBA for reporting and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytics and automation solutions to address business questions and improve productivity.
• Lead data science and quantitative analytics initiatives and governance across the organization.
• Develop and deploy automation and ML solutions, including LLM-based prompts, governance, and risk controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Establish data quality controls, model governance, and validation protocols; deliver solutions from concept to implementation.
• Create executive presentations translating analytical findings into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Travel up to 15% to JPMorgan Chase offices as required.
