Job summary

Chase is seeking a Quant Analytics Associate Senior within the Regulatory Operations team to lead the development and publication of executive and regulatory reporting. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, monitor complaints, and communicate analytics outcomes to senior leaders.

You will build analytics products that support strategic decisions, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and drive automation opportunities across multiple systems and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of reporting and analytics experience.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate reporting and objective business analysis.
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights from multiple sources.
• Strong proficiency with Tableau, Databricks, Alteryx, SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying, data analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, authoring, and publication of scheduled executive and regulatory reporting.
• Analyze and monitor complaint and business data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Translate complex data into actionable reporting for strategic decisions.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and changes affecting consumers and business.
• Produce ad hoc reporting for management and regulatory stakeholders.
