Job summary

Chase is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Auto Finance Data & Analytics team. You will leverage AI/ML to support product teams, build analytical solutions, and guide growth decisions. You will translate complex business questions into analytical solutions and deliver data-driven storytelling to leadership.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Design, and Risk to evolve measurement frameworks and drive growth through actionable analytics across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in data science, ML, or related field.
• Translate digital customer behavior data into actionable insights for leaders.
• Define KPIs, build measurement frameworks, and monitor anomalies in digital product performance.
• Develop predictive models using logistic regression, RF, gradient boosting, etc.
• Strong statistics, experimentation design, and data storytelling for executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present findings to leaders with data-driven storytelling to guide decisions.
• Partner with Business, Product, and Technology to implement data-driven strategies.
• Develop statistical analyses and models to identify trends in complex data.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Analyze the end-to-end digital engagement funnel and suggest improvements.
• Refine measurement frameworks and KPIs for senior leaders.
