Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a senior analytics and automation professional to design and deliver ML-driven analytics, automation, and self-service tools for business users. You will lead data science initiatives, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes and budget usage.

Responsibilities include identifying automation opportunities, developing scalable solutions, and delivering executive-ready insights. Travel up to 15% domestically may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Advance Analytics or related field plus 5 years of experience.
• Experience building ML models using Python and ML techniques to address financial services use cases.
• Experience with data governance, model governance, and independent validation protocols.
• Proficiency with SQL for data pulls, ETL, and database management.
• Strong analytics, data manipulation, EDA, and dashboard development (Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytics and automation solutions to address business questions and improve productivity.
• Lead data science and quantitative analytics initiatives, including recommendations on analytical products and standards.
• Identify automation opportunities, design and deploy solutions to improve budget usage, and promote adoption across units.
• Develop executive presentations translating findings into actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Ensure data quality controls and governance documentation are maintained.
