Anduril Industries in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Senior Quality Systems Engineer to own and advance the quality management system for Battlespace Awareness. You will collaborate with customers, internal teams, and suppliers to ensure the deployment of reliable products that meet mission requirements.

This role spans both product and systems work, including supplier audits, first article inspection, nonconforming material, MRB, and field escapes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace and/or defense manufacturing.
• 8+ years of experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of QMS requirements and auditing (AS9100D/ISO 9001).
• Trained AS9100D internal auditor, or able to certify within 90 days.
• Experience with ERP, PLM and BI systems for quality reporting.
• U.S. person status and travel ~20%.

Responsabilités

• Own the BA quality management system and top-level processes.
• Lead internal audits and manage the audit program end to end.
• Manage supplier and external provider audit programs.
• Support first article inspection and MRB disposition.
• Own quality KPIs and build dashboards for leadership.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop QMS road map and harmonize BA QMS with enterprise procedures.
• Work with product quality engineers during new product development.
