Job summary

Cornerstone Management Solutions seeks an experienced Quality Supervisor to lead a manufacturing quality team in a fast-growing environment. You will supervise inspectors, drive quality from receiving through shipping, and partner with engineering and operations to improve processes.

Qualifications

Experience leading a quality team in manufacturing.
Strong coaching and employee development skills.
Experience with inspection, metrology and quality systems (AS9100/ISO 9001).
Familiarity with SPC, MRB, calibration processes.
Able to work within ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of quality inspection professionals.
Oversee quality activities from receiving inspection through final shipping audit.
Support MRB, calibration, inspection and quality system activities.
Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering and operations.
Improve quality performance, accountability and team development.
