Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong background in root cause analysis, RCCA, FMEA, SPC, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments required.
• Aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001, AS9102, NADCAP, ITAR, or DFARS is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma, ASQ, or similar certifications preferred.
