Milwaukee Tool, a leader in heavy-duty power tools, is seeking a Quality & Reliability Engineer to guide cross-functional teams in achieving project quality and reliability objectives. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, purchasing, and manufacturing to drive robust product development and supplier alignment.

The role emphasizes advanced statistical methods, Six Sigma, and rigorous process control to ensure top-tier product performance and manufacturing readiness.

Qualifications

• Quality engineering leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with NPD, Product Support, and Value Engineering.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead advanced quality and reliability activities for project teams.
• Develop QC mitigation strategies for high-risk specs.
• Coordinate QA planning and control plans across locations.
• Ensure process capability and Six Sigma methods are used.
• Translate customer needs into product requirements with Engineering/Marketing.
• Support product design with benchmarking and testing.
• Develop and execute test procedures to validate specs.
• Lead risk assessments during development.
