Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality & Reliability expert to lead advanced quality activities for cross-functional teams including NPD, product support and value engineering. You will collaborate with global partners to ensure high product quality, including SPC analyses and reliability testing.

The role requires strong statistical skills, experience with Minitab and ReliaSoft, and the ability to translate customer needs into robust product specifications. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in manufacturing/industrial/mechanical engineering or equivalent.
5+ years related work experience.
Strong background in statistical analysis and methodologies.
Proficient in Minitab and ReliaSoft; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead advanced quality and reliability activities for cross-functional project teams.
Collaborate with global teams (US, Europe, Asia) on NPD, product support and value engineering.
Develop and maintain quality policies, procedures, and instructions.
Monitor product performance with SPC, Six Sigma methods, and reliability analyses.
Identify process improvements and supplier development opportunities.
