Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field with 5 years of experience.
• Strong background in statistical analysis and methodologies.
• Working knowledge of quality/reliability software such as Minitab and ReliaSoft.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced quality and reliability activities on project teams.
• Develop QC mitigation strategies and control plans.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and process controls.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing and suppliers.
• Perform reliability analyses using Weibull, ANOVA, and related tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
