Job summary

Providence Swedish seeks a Senior Quality Program Manager to lead prioritized quality initiatives, standardize care, and enhance reliability across the campus or system. You will work with clinical and operational leaders to design and sustain improvement programs in a patient-centered environment.

The role requires deep experience in healthcare quality, regulatory interpretation, and change management, with a focus on high-value care and patient safety within a complex health system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• CPHQ, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma or related certs encouraged on hire.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare quality roles.
• Interpreting regulatory standards, clinical guidelines and quality metrics.
• Strong expertise in quality management, patient safety, systems thinking and change management.
