Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school or ADN plus 2 years additional leadership experience.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required at hire.
• 5 years direct patient care experience.
• 3 years leadership experience in addition to direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality duties relating to patient care.
• Standardize clinical workflows, processes, protocols and policies.
• Collaborate with Clinic Leadership for accountability and success.
• Serve as a resource for clinical quality improvement including safety and infection prevention.
