Job summary

Providence seeks a Senior Clinical Manager – Specialty Pharmacotherapy Clinics to lead specialty pharmacy programs in hospital settings. You will integrate clinical leadership, program implementation and performance management to ensure high-quality care for patients with complex conditions.

The role includes oversight of Pharmacotherapy Specialty Services and Oncology/Anticoagulation units, with a hybrid work arrangement and cross-functional collaboration across Providence Swedish system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in accredited college/school of Pharmacy.
• 5 years Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical experience.
• 3 years Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical leadership experience.
• PharmD/MPH or MBA preferred.
• Licensed as Pharmacist in WA/OR/CA or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight, implementation, and optimization of specialty pharmacotherapy clinic programs in a hospital setting.
• Provide clinical practice leadership and performance management for complex patient care.
• Collaborate in drug therapy management models to ensure evidence-based care.
