Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense, headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, seeks a senior leader to establish, implement, and maintain an integrated Quality/Business Management System. You will ensure Lean, Agile processes and regulatory compliance, acting as alternate Management Representative for quality.

The role leads cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, procurement, and contracts, driving CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement while optimizing resources and costs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Quality or Engineering and 10 plus years related experience, to include at least 5 years management experience.
• ASQ or other regulatory certifications a plus.
• Lead auditor certification (AS9100) is desired or Quality auditing certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Quality/Business Management Systems with all business functions, including contracts, program management, procurement and operations.
• Drive a common Quality/Business Management System across all sites, leveraging common processes and cost savings.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives across all sites and drive down costs.
