Job summary

Twenty-Six Defense, headquartered in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced quality leader to establish, implement, and maintain an integrated Quality/Business Management System aligned with AS9100. This role acts as an alternate Management Representative for quality across the business.

You will lead cross-functional teams across contracts, program management, procurement and operations to ensure customer requirements are met, while driving Lean, Agile and cost-effective improvements across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Quality or Engineering and 10+ years related experience, including at least 5 years of management experience.
• ASQ or other regulatory certifications are a plus.
• Lead auditor certification (AS9100) is desired or Quality auditing certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Quality/Business Management Systems with all business functions.
• Drive a common Quality/Business Management System across all sites.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives across all sites and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Procurement and Contracts to meet customer requirements and KPIs.
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Provide input to monthly program reviews and enhance analytics capability.
• Direct corrective and preventive actions planning and implementation.
• Oversee staffing and organizational changes to improve effectiveness.
• Promote adherence to company policy and procedures.
