Delta Dental of California is seeking a senior Expert Quality Program Advisor to lead the implementation and ongoing application of the Business Quality Management System (BQMS) across assigned functions. You will translate governance requirements into scalable business practices and guide cross‑functional teams to improve quality maturity and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7+ years in project management, process analysis, or quality management.
• Experience applying Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies; related certification preferred.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality assessments, hypotheses, test plans, and quality standards.
• Analyze complex data to identify risks, nonconformance, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leaders to integrate quality principles into strategic planning.
• Provide coaching on QMS and BQMS standards and drive adoption across functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and sustain quality initiatives.
