Job summary

Delta Dental of California is seeking an Expert Quality Program Advisor, a senior, individual contributor and enterprise expert, to lead the implementation and ongoing application of the Business Quality Management System (BQMS) across assigned functions. The role partners with leaders and teams to translate standards into scalable practices and drive systemic risk reduction.

Based in a hybrid arrangement with multiple office options, the advisor conducts end-to-end quality assessments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Healthcare or health insurance experience preferred.
• Experience Lean Six Sigma or Agile methods a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assessments and testing across functions.
• Identify risks, nonconformance, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide consultation and coaching on QMS and BQMS.
• Coordinate cross-functional quality projects.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance.
