Delta Dental of California is seeking a Senior Expert Quality Program Advisor to lead the implementation, adoption, and ongoing application of the Business Quality Management System (BQMS) across assigned functions.

The role partners with functional leaders to translate enterprise quality standards into practical practices, conducts complex assessments, and guides enterprise initiatives to reduce risk and improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or Agile principles knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and governance of BQMS across business functions.
• Translate standards into scalable, actionable practices.
• Conduct complex assessments, root-cause analyses, and risk identifications.
• Collaborate with leaders to embed quality in strategy and operations.
• Drive organizational readiness and change-management for quality initiatives.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
