Delta Dental seeks an Expert Quality Program Advisor to drive the implementation and ongoing application of the BQMS across functions. This senior individual contributor partners with leaders to translate standards into scalable practices, leading complex assessments, root-cause analyses, and enterprise initiatives for risk reduction and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Healthcare or health insurance industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality assessments and testing with hypotheses, test plans, and criteria.
• Analyze complex data to identify risks, nonconformance and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to integrate quality into strategic planning and initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement quality standards consistently.
• Facilitate readiness and change-management activities for enterprise quality adoption.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and education on QMS and Lean Six Sigma.
